Motorola continues its commitment to the mid-range smartphone market with the anticipated Moto G Stylus (2024), as revealed in exclusive CAD-based renders and preliminary specifications by the reputable source @OnLeaks. Following the success of the Moto G Stylus (2023) launched in May last year, the upcoming model showcases subtle enhancements in its design and features.
Measuring at 162.5 x 74.7 x 8.09 mm and weighing 190g, the Moto G Stylus (2024) is slightly more compact and lighter than its predecessor, maintaining a sleek profile. Noteworthy features include an anticipated Android 13 operating system, although some enthusiasts might express disappointment given the availability of Android 14 for several months.
Powered by an undisclosed Snapdragon chipset, the device is expected to offer a variant with a generous 128GB storage capacity. Additional features include a water-repellent coating, a 6.5-inch IPS LCD touchscreen boasting a resolution of 1,080 x 2,200, 5G and NFC support, Bluetooth 5.2, and a robust 5,000 mAh battery.
The camera setup is a highlight, featuring a 50 MP main snapper with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and an 8 MP selfie camera. The rear design deviates from the 2023 model, incorporating a camera island seamlessly integrated into the back material – a design element reminiscent of Oppo flagships from previous years. The overall frame adopts a flat contour.
A distinctive feature is the integrated stylus, housed conveniently in a dedicated slot on the lower right side. Meanwhile, the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack on the left side of the bottom caters to users preferring traditional audio connections. The official unveiling date for the Moto G Stylus (2024) remains undisclosed, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
