Reports indicate that Samsung is gearing up to launch at least two Galaxy Z Fold7 devices in 2025.
According to sources from GalaxyClub, there are three code names associated with Samsung’s upcoming foldable devices: B7 for the Z Flip7, Q7 for the Galaxy Z Fold7, and Q7M, which currently lacks an official name.
Given the “Q7” code, it is likely that the third foldable device also belongs to the Galaxy Z Fold7 lineup. However, the meaning of the “M” designation remains unclear. It is possible that this code signifies a limited-edition variant of the Galaxy Z Fold7, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition identified by the Q6A code, which was exclusive to the South Korean market.
Alternatively, the “M” could indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold7 will be a more budget-friendly option. There have been previous reports suggesting that Samsung is developing a foldable device aimed at a wider audience.
If Samsung indeed launches a more affordable foldable device, would you be interested?
