Last month, Honor proudly revealed its collaboration with Porsche Design, and today marks the debut of their inaugural joint creation. Introducing the exclusive Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design, a sophisticated reimagination of the already feather-light, high-end foldable device.

Under the hood, the Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design shares the powerful hardware of the Magic V2, featuring an impressive 16GB of RAM and a capacious 1TB of storage. However, it distinguishes itself with a distinctive exterior. Wrapped in the iconic Porsche Agate Grey, the device showcases Porsche’s signature “Flyline” design—a sleek and aggressive aesthetic inspired by the slope of the company’s car rooflines.

The aggressive Flyline design imparts a sense of dynamic motion to the Honor Magic V2 RSR, even when the phone is stationary, creating a visually striking rear profile. The camera island, adorned with titanium alloy lettering, maintains the sporty theme. Honor intriguingly describes the phone as having a ‘Sports car fiberglass body,’ adding an extra layer of mystique to its allure.

Weighing a mere 234g, the Honor Magic V2 RSR achieves its lightweight profile through a combination of a magnesium alloy frame and a titanium alloy hinge mechanism—features shared with its standard counterpart.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, and it boasts dual screens—an impressive 6.43-inch 1080p 120Hz LTPO OLED cover display and a spacious 7.92-inch 2156x2344px 120Hz LTPO OLED inner display. The 5,000mAh battery supports rapid 66W wired charging, ensuring a seamless user experience.

The camera setup includes a triple system comprising a 50MP f/1.9 main camera, a 20MP f/2.4 2.5x zoom camera, and a 50MP f/2.0 ultrawide shooter with autofocus. On the cover screen, there’s also a 16MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

Scheduled for release in China on January 12, the Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design will be available at CNY 15,999 (€2,050/$2,250/£1,770/INR 190,000). An enticing offer considering the substantial 16GB RAM and 1TB storage it packs.
